For the new raw chef, Phyo (Ani's Raw Food Kitchen) lists kitchen tools and pantry and fridge items and includes a selection of breads (dehydrator required), smoothies, cereals, salads, and cookies-all with a short list of ingredients. Phyo's web site (aniphyo.com) features additional recipes, "uncooking" videos, and information on ingredients and kitchen tools.
