Objectives: After viewing this presentation, the participant will be able to name the standard imaging planes used in pediatric echocardiography, explain what features are used to describe the cardiac structures via echocardiography, describe the imaging planes most useful in visualizing various cardiac structures, and describe the imaging planes used to visualize various repairs in congenital cardiac surgery. The target audience are physicians and medical professionals who are involved with performing pediatric echocardiographic examinations.
